Apple Picking
One of my favourite memories growing up was going apple picking at the start of every school year with my parents. I now take my own children each year and it has become one of our favourite annual traditions that I hope they will cherish and one day do with their own children. They have the Fall Fun Festival which runs on weekends starting in September and ending early November, includingThanksgiving Monday. Kids can enjoy train rides, wagon rides, zip lines, a pumpkin cannon show, Sue Wee pig races, farm animals, a pirate ship, bouncing ponies, a playhouse, slides, and much more.

Chudleigh's in Milton has apple picking starting late in August but most crops are available in September until approximately the end of October. The farm offers over 20 varieties of apples. There are scenic tractor wagon rides, a variety of farm animals to visit and feed, a play area with 4 slides and tower, and a huge hay maze.
